Between 6-15 July 2021, Sweden is expected to present its voluntary national reviews of work on Agenda 2030 (VNR) at the HLPF (High Level Meeting) for the second time. The HLPF is the UN’s annual follow-up meeting on Agenda 2030 and sustainable development goals (SDGs).
The Covid-19 pandemic has limited the implementation of the SDGs in various ways around the world and it also had a negative impact on several goals. Thus, this year’s theme at HLPF focuses on sustainable recovery from the covid-19 pandemic.
